General terms

Sessions are booked in advance either by agreeing to a specific recurring (Day/Time) or at least 24 Hours in advance (Subject to Confirmation)
Pre-booked sessions can be postponed 24 Hours before the session via E-Mail.
No-Show sessions shall be charged in full unless postponed 24 hours prior to the session.
Payments are non-refundable and made 100% in advance after mutually agreeing on the dates and times of the booked (Programs/Sessions) to guarantee availability.
Postponed sessions with a specific time validity must take place within the validity period. Otherwise, it shall be considered a no show.
Executive Coaching is not therapy, but rather a tool to help with professional and personal development for those who seek them, and willing to go the distance to achieve them.
To guarantee the quality of the sessions, the Executive coach has the right to decline a new booking request if the number of sessions per quarter exceeded the maximum limit (He/She) can handle.
The quarterly pre-booked sessions shall NOT be renewed automatically, and have to be booked at least 72 Hours before the beginning of the New Quarter via E-mail. (Subject to confirmation)
Prices are subject to change without notice, except for the pre-booked paid sessions.
Business Leaders engaging at least 4 of their direct reports to any of (The Packages) are eligible for 4 Free 1:1 Briefing Sessions Valid for 3 Months from the Day after the (Fight For Business as a WINNER) program takes place.
Leaders' Briefing Sessions can be booked at any time at the same 1:1 Hourly Rates whenever required by the leader, and at a mutually agreed Date & Time.
